Exeter back-rowers Thomas Waldrom and Don Armand are among three players to return to the starting XV after injury.
Phil Dollman is the other to return, with England international Henry Slade recalled to the bench, but wing Olly Woodburn misses out altogether.
Saracens captain Brad Barritt is out for the visitors with a calf injury.
Duncan Taylor replaces Barritt in the only change to the starting line-up which beat Clermont Auvergne in the Champions Cup final.
Winger Mike Ellery takes Taylor’s spot among the replacements, while Exeter also name Mitch Lees and Italy international Michele Campagnaro on the bench after spells on the sidelines.
Rob Baxter’s side finished the regular Premiership season with a league record eight bonus-point wins in a row and are unbeaten since the seventh round of fixtures in October.
The two sides met in the final at Twickenham last season, with Sarries coming out on top.
Exeter head coach Rob Baxter told BBC Spotlight:
“Feeling that you can win anywhere is very important and Saracens have that but I’d like to think we’ve got an element of that as well because of our run in the Premiership recently when we’ve won home or away and seen off all comers.
“Having said that, we haven’t seen off Saracens this season, so it’s going to be a great challenge for us.
“We’ve talked for a long time this season about what it would take to become champions, and one of the things you’ve got to be prepared to do is either beat the team that beat Saracens or beat Saracens yourself.”
Exeter and England wing Jack Nowell:
“A lot of history does say that the home team normally go through, but when you do play against Saracens they can bring anything.
“To have that home semi final with the home fans is a bit special and speaking with other players it is a bit daunting to come down to Sandy Park and play sometimes, so to have that on our side is pretty cool.
“Windy Park I like to call it. You get a lot of teams coming down and talking about the weather here – I think it’s just something we’re a bit used to down here now, maybe we could use it as a bit of a positive for us.”
