London Irish hand full debuts to Australia hooker Saia Fainga’a and prop Manasa Saulo.
Fainga’a, capped 36 times by the Wallabies, has recovered from a foot injury, while Fiji international Saulo is available after the recent Autumn Tests.
Irish also include Scotland prop Gordon Reid and former Edinburgh players Greig Tonks at full-back and Mike Coman among the second-row replacements.
Hawick native Graham, who has won eight Scotland Under-20 caps, was labelled “another Stuart Hogg in the making” by Scotland Sevens head coach John Dalziel after his exploits in Dubai.
Two-time British and Irish Lion and fellow Hawick man Hogg, five years Graham’s senior, made his 54th and 55th Scotland appearances during an impressive autumn Test series.
Dalziel added: “I’ve seen it before in big games for the U20s and [Darcy] had some huge moments here this weekend. He is an exceptional talent.”
